If you are looking for a way to backup satellite offices to a secure datacentre against a service level guarantee then Union’s BackupPoint™ is a range of shared infrastructure based managed backup service solutions to meet your needs. Union can even cater for those offices with low bandwidth connectivity.
ArchivePoint™
Keeping data available for user access but in line with regulatory and statutory compliance policies can be expensive. Why not ask Union to host your archive data with our ArchivePoint™ service? We can address file and email archiving by pointing your office resident applications at our shared infrastructure, thus keeping your primary infrastructure investment to a minimum.
MirrorPoint™
Unfortunately Recovery Time Objectives and Recovery Point Objectives are not always satisfied by budget. Meeting some objectives means replicating data off-site and more often than not to an identical system, thus doubling costs. Union’s MirrorPoint™ service can replicate data from heterogeneous platforms to our shared StorPoint™ storage infrastructure, making meeting these objectives more affordable.
RecoverPoint™
If you’ve replicated your data to our shared infrastructure then why not host idle machines and applications in the form of Virtual Machines on our shared and virtualised processing platform? This can then be extended with our RecoverPoint™ virtual workspace service to provide dynamic DR to business users anywhere in the world.
