Partners
“Partners” is an over-used word in IT. Most typically it is used to describe suppliers for whom an organisation is authorised to sell products on behalf of,
and as such the word has been largely devalued. At Union we address this relationship more seriously, in the form of a partnership, from which the word is derived.
Partnership is an association involving close co-operation – an association that requires joint investment and mutual benefit.
For a true partnership to succeed a relationship at all levels must be established – technical, administrative, sales, and senior management.
These are the partnerships we forge. We invest in the necessary training to be accredited but we also develop a joint business plan that encourages more deep rooted collaboration.
In doing this we are able to better service our customers.
It’s not just the supplier’s products; it’s the vision, the strategy, the execution, the willingness to take on responsibility, and the eagerness to make business easy.
It’s not just the supplier’s products; it’s the vision, the strategy, the execution, the willingness to take on responsibility,
and the eagerness to make business easy. For these reasons alone, we have chosen to work closely with these organisations and in most cases have established Union as a leading UK partner.
Cisco
Cisco is critical to the future of the datacentre. Cisco will play a major role in the unification of communications, system virtualisation,
